Apprenticeship days 2016

In this year we can welcome three new apprenticeships and two one year internships. To give them a good start into their new tasks we arranged our 4th Apprentice days on the 1st and 2nd of August. Together with their future trainers we used these two days to get in touch with each other and give the novices the chance to learn more about our company, our products and the apprenticeship.

After a short get-together-game wo went to Lippstadt to do a canoe trip together on the river Lippe. Afterwards a barbecue and some relaxing time finished the day.

With the atmosphere from the first day, the rookies should start the second day with getting to know more about our products and the history of our company. The second year apprentices held informational presentations and later the newbies could get some live experience in our DER-Simulator and by trying to find the exit in a fully smoked corridor. Subsequent the apprentices had to master a paper chase in which they get to learn the different departments in our organization including nearby supply partners. During this competition the newbies collected materials and tools to build their first INOTEC luminaire on their own.

After a following short product training by our product managers the new apprentices were all set for a good start. Wir wish them a pleasant beginning of their new work experience and are looking forward for the cooperation in the upcoming years.
