Innovative D.E.R. emergency guidance routing convinces the Wuppertal opera house

After finishing the extensive renovating work and fire precautions, the final rehearsal before the reopening of the Wuppertal opera house took place on the 9th January, 2009.

The innovative system, which also has been awarded with the "German Brandschutzpreis" (most important award for constructional fire protection in Germany), convinced the present fire brigade conceptually here and helped leading 600 unaware guests safely out of the building in only 4 minutes. This time is far below the required evacuation time.
